What is HintBid?
HintBid is an AI-powered platform that connects customers with service providers. Customers can get quotes for their projects, and service providers can bid on relevant tasks.
How does the credit system work?
Service providers purchase credits to access quote requests. Small projects (under 5,000 kr) cost 4 credits, medium projects (5,000-20,000 kr) cost 7 credits, and large projects (over 20,000 kr) cost 10 credits.
Can I get a refund for credits?
Credits are generally non-refundable, but we handle special cases individually. Contact our support for assistance.
How do I create automatic bidding agents?
Go to your "My Agent" page where you can create AI agents that automatically bid on projects matching your criteria such as service type, location, and price range.
When do I get access to customer contact information?
You get access to the customer's full contact information when they accept your bid. Until then, you can communicate through the platform's chat system.
How many bids can I submit?
There's no limit to the number of bids you can submit, as long as you have sufficient credits to view the quote requests.
How do you verify service providers?
We verify service providers through documentation of certifications, previous work, and customer references. You can upload portfolio and certifications in your profile.
